Colder, darker days are ahead and somewhere in your wardrobe there's a much loved, worn sweater that isn't ready for them. At Samhain, the old Irish festival that marks the beginning of winter, I’m hosting a repair workshop. Bring something you love, and we’ll sit together with our needles and thread and prepare it (and ourselves) for the season ahead. No special tools, no experience needed. Three hours, online, ten seats. By the end your piece is ready for winter, and so are your hands!

Saturday, October 31 · 10 AM–1 PM ET (2–5 PM Ireland/UK)
Live online via Zoom · 10 seats

Bring: a worn woolen thing you love, a darning or tapestry needle, and some wool yarn. Full supply list and your Zoom link arrive by email after booking.

$65 until Sunday 18 October. $75 after that.

"Consider each problem. You consider each mending problem. How much useful wear is left in this garment? One general rule is that if six months' wear is left in it it's probably worth mending"
